Samya: 7-Day Yoga, Culture & Nature Retreat
Most retreats ask you to sit still and go inward. Samya asks you to move through the world and find yourself along the way. This is a 7-day yoga and cultural immersion retreat set across two of Kerala's most distinct landscapes: four days in the misty tea-garden hills of Munnar, and three days on the slow-living coastal shores of Fort Kochi. Each location is chosen with intention. Munnar is where you go deep into daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, and physical practice, including a traditional Kalaripayattu experience. Fort Kochi is where you integrate through heritage walks, Kathakali, and the particular stillness that comes from being near the sea. Led by Achu and Nithin, two Kerala-born, decade-experienced yoga and wellness guides who bring authentic local knowledge to every session. Samya retreats are kept intentionally small: a maximum of 10 participants per group. This is not a resort yoga class. It is a genuinely immersive experience where the guides know your name, your practice, and your pace. Each day includes morning yoga, pranayama, meditation, and an evening session. Ayurvedic massage and treatment, specialized workshops, group excursions, a river swim, an Ayurvedic farm visit, and cultural performances are woven into the arc of the week. The 5-Day Restore Program is an Ayurvedic wellness retreat for those moments when fatigue has become too familiar, stress too constant, and the body too depleted to pretend otherwise. Not a holiday. A genuinely structured, clinically grounded five-day experience that gives your body and mind the conditions they need to recover. Every participant begins with a 1:1 consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor a conversation that shapes your entire five days. Therapies, meals, and daily rhythm are personalised to your constitution before your first treatment begins. Each day is anchored by one Ayurvedic therapy session from Abhyangam (warm oil massage) to Shirodhara (medicated oil therapy for the nervous system) supported by morning yoga, guided meditation, seasonal Ayurvedic meals, and structured rest that allows the body to integrate what each treatment initiates. Know Thyself: Embodied Awareness Yoga Program
Most of us have developed a complicated relationship with our own bodies, not through injury or illness, but through the quiet accumulation of modern life. Hours at a desk. Shoulders that creep upward. Breath that never quite reaches the belly. A persistent low-level tension we've stopped noticing because it's simply become normal. Know Thyself: Embodied Awareness Yoga Program is a structured 5-day yoga sessions - Monday to Friday, 1 week (Each session: 90 minutes 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM) immersion designed to change that - session by session, breath by breath. Rooted in classical Hatha yoga and the ancient philosophical principle of self-knowledge, this program uses movement, breath, and guided awareness as tools for genuine body literacy. It is not a fitness class. It is not a performance. It is a guided re-introduction to yourself to how you actually sit, stand, breathe, and hold tension in your body every single day. The program is led by Krishnakumar, a Yoga Alliance certified and Ministry of AYUSH accredited yoga teacher with international teaching experience. His approach is precise without being clinical, and accessible without being superficial. He teaches in small cohorts of no more than 15 participants ensuring every person receives individual attention, individual modification, and individual postural guidance throughout the week.

The Inner Reset
The Inner Reset is a guided 3-session meditation program designed to help you slow down, release mental and emotional overload, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and balance. In the midst of constantly doing, thinking, and responding, many of us rarely experience true pause. This program offers that space - while also equipping you with practical tools to carry it into everyday life. Across three sessions, you will be introduced to a range of meditation practices including mindfulness, walking meditation, sound-based meditation, Osho Dynamic Meditation, loving-kindness, and guided visualisation. Each session is designed with intention - beginning with awareness and attention, moving into emotional and energetic release, and finally integrating the experience into a simple, sustainable personal practice. A key highlight of the program is a deeply immersive 60-minute sound bath in the second session, allowing the body and mind to enter profound states of rest and restoration.
