2-Day Cycling Program in Ernakulam for Riding Confidence

Duration: 2 Days · 2 Sessions
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala, India
Program Type: Day Program
Format: English, Malayalam
Program Overview

A 2-day coached cycling program to build pacing, bike control and confidence for more sustainable everyday riding.

Cycling becomes more enjoyable when you know how to manage the ride, not simply complete it.

This two-day small-group cycling program in Ernakulam, designed for 6 to 8 participants, is for newer and recreational cyclists who want to ride with more confidence, control and consistency. The group format allows riders to learn together, practise safe positioning and communication, and build confidence in a supportive, non-competitive setting.

The first day uses a shorter approximately 24.8 km route from Queen's Walkway through Pizhala and Cheranallur to help participants understand posture, braking, cadence, gears and sustainable pacing. Coaching is built into the ride so participants can immediately connect what they learn with what they feel on the bicycle.

The second day progresses to an approximately 33.4 km endurance route beginning at Koonamthai, Edappally. Riders practise pacing, group positioning, effort management, fuelling and active recovery across a longer ride.

The objective is not to race either route. Participants learn how to read their effort, ride safely with others, recover while moving and finish with enough awareness to build a more sustainable cycling routine of their own.
